The downturn plenum is also insulated to reduce condensation build up and noise.

Applications

Use Downturn Plenums when inline modular units need to provide
down discharge air. For example, all down discharge direct fired
and electric heaters with DX cooling use the downturn plenum. All
down discharge indirect heaters use downturn plenums.
